The Village of Arkport will accept sealed bids for the construction of two (2) Pickle Ball Courts and the reconstruction of one (1) Basket Ball Court. Specs may be picked up at the Village Office located at 6 Park Ave. Arkport, New York, Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Separate bids will be accepted until 12:00 noon April 15, 2025 in the Village Office. Each bid must be in a separate sealed envelope and shall bear on the envelope face: “Bid Enclosed” and the name, phone number and address of the bidder. Bids will be opened at the April 15, 2025 regular Village Board meeting at 7:00pm, 6 Park Ave. Arkport, NY.
The Village of Arkport Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The American Red Cross is hosting a blood drive on Thursday February 6th from 1pm to 5pm at the Arkport American Legion and we could really use your help getting the word out. In case it hasn’t crossed your radar yet, the need for blood donations is at an all-time high and our community is feeling the pinch. Recent events like the California wildfires and severe winter weather have wreaked havoc on blood drives nationwide, leading to:

400+ blood drives canceled
10,000+ donations lost
Emergency shortage for O- and B- blood types
Critical need for all other blood types.

Thanks to the recent California wildfires and severe winter weather, blood donations are urgently needed. Please consider donating at our blood drive – you could help save a life!!

Village of Arkport Residents are advised that there is NO parking on any village streets November 1 to April 1, from 2:00 am to 6:00 am each year.  Any questions please call the village office at 607-295-7346.  Please refrain from parking overnight and make other arrangements for your vehicle.
